Three of our trained employees are firmly involved as sales agents in this project. They take care of the entire process of acquiring new customers by telephone and managing e-mail correspondences. Together with our customer home.ht, we have set up a standardized & reproducible sales process that achieves all previously set goals.

It was clear from the start that, as a specialist sales agency, we would create important processes, continuously improve and expand them — with the aim of handing over the project to an in-house sales team from home.ht at some point. In this way, the basis was created together with the customer and everything can be continued seamlessly.

Initial Situation

VITAS, a company with innovative solutions in the technology sector, faced the challenge of increasing its lead generation and the number of qualified sales conversations. In a highly competitive market, efficiently reaching potential customers and securing convincing sales appointments was crucial. To achieve this goal, VITAS chose to collaborate with Proceeds, experts in sales support and customer acquisition.

Measures

Proceeds developed and implemented a comprehensive sales strategy based on two main approaches: telephonic acquisition and targeted email campaigns. These efforts aimed to expand VITAS's reach, create qualified contacts, and strengthen relationships with potential customers.

Telephonic Acquisition:

Proceeds made a total of 1,275 calls to reach potential customers and establish initial contacts. From these gross calls, 472 qualified conversations were generated, providing a solid foundation for the further sales process.

Email Campaigns:

In parallel with telephonic acquisition, targeted email campaigns were conducted to maintain interest and generate new leads. A total of 1,322 follow-up emails were sent to nurture existing contacts, and 4,841 campaign emails were sent to reach a broader audience and attract additional prospects.

Demo Appointments:

Through targeted outreach, 9 demo appointments were arranged with potential clients, providing VITAS the opportunity to present its solutions in detail.

Final Result

The actions taken by Proceeds led to significant progress in VITAS's lead generation and market presence. Close collaboration and targeted strategies enabled VITAS to quickly connect with qualified contacts and create new business opportunities.
